• Project: CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF NON-REVENUE WATER REDUCTION PROGRAM.
  The Consultant shall provide the Client with the design and implementation of a Non Revenue Water (NRW) Reduction Program for the water supply system of Mahe island.
• Duration: 6 months
• Education: A graduate in Civil or Hydraulic Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Experience: - At least 15 years of experience for water supply projects, including design, tender documents, procurement and construction management, of which at least 5 years should be at senior management level; Section 6. Terms of Reference 74;
  - Relevant project experience in a minimum of 3 Nr. countries (at least 1 Nr. should be a country of the ACP Group of States) involving program design for NRW reduction
  purpose, including engineering designs and tender documents for works and goods;
  - Experience from the implementation of a minimum of 2 Nr. NRW reduction programs of similar scope and size, including procurement of works and goods;
  - Sound experience for the procurement of contracts according to international financing institutions guidelines (e.g. EIB, AFD, World Bank, African Development Bank, Asian Development Bank, FIDIC Conditions of Contract, etc);
  - Demonstrated ability to resolve all procurement matters, with adequate experience in handling international contracting and related issues;
  - Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams and projects;
  - Demonstrated skills in computer application and use of software programs;
  - Ability to transfer know-how to staff working in public water utilities;
  - Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking).
