Project: Technical Audit of the Project "Improvement of Rural Roads In Tanzania".
The overall objective of the Technical Audit of which this contract will be a part is to maintain a proper and timely project implementation through regularly issuing to the relevant stakeholders and principally to the Delegation of the European Union to Tanzania opinions and corrective measures/actions on the performance and compliance status of the entire project "Improvement of Rural Roads in Tanzania".
Duration: 46 months
Education: Minimum 8 years of work experience in civil engineering construction.
Experience: - Minimum 8 years of experience in QS, contracts and daim management for road construction, bridges and associated drainage structures;
- Working experience on the Contractor's side is mandatory;
- Expérience in audit of road construction contracts is an important asset;
- Experience in developing countries is considered an asset;
- Experience in EDF conditions for works contract is considered an asset.
