Tanzanian Assistant National volunteers



Our team of Tanzania National Coordinators will overseas the development and implementation of all aspects of Raleigh's work with our Tanzanian volunteers. The role will involve recruitment, design and delivering of training and supporting national volunteers as alumni to continue to engage in social action. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a high level of customer service. Experience of working with Youth in Tanzania is essential for this role, as well as an understanding of the countries development needs.

We have two Assistant National Volunteer Coordinator roles available, both roles will be involved in all aspects. However 1 role will take the lead on recruitment and training, with the second role being focused on our Alumni activities, plus monitoring and evaluation process.
