Salary: £25,030 per annum

Requirements: A leading international aid charity seeks a Learning and Development Co-ordinator to support the development needs of our global workforce as part of a high performing team.

The position holder will be responsible for ensuring that learning needs are identified and matched with the appropriate, relevant and cost effective solutions to ensure the staff have the knowledge and skills to perform effectively.

You should have experience in learning and development/training and will need to be a strong relationship-builder and provide an effective and professional service to the organisation with an ability to deal with people at all levels.
