WORK HOURS: Full-time; 40 hours/week.
SALARY: (1) Mission Policy is to hire LES employees at step 1 of the grade. The current annual salary for an LES-5, step 1 is L.E 31,969.
(2) Actual FP grade and salary will be determined by the US Department of State.

The US Embassy in Cairo is seeking an individual for the position of Work Order Clerk in the in the Supply and Property Management Office.
BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION
The Incumbent serves as a work order control data entry clerk in the Supply and Property Management (SPM), located at the Embassy’s Services and Supply Annex (ESSA). Reports directly to the LES Supply Supervisor (Furnishings Specialist ST-S044) Responsibilities include performing a variety of administrative duties in support of the SPM operations. This includes customer service, property tracking and workflow planning.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
NOTE: All applicants must address each selection criterion detailed below with specific and comprehensive information supporting each item.
1. Completion of secondary school is required.
2. Three years of experience in office administration, clerical, secretarial and typing duties are required.
3. Level III (good working knowledge) in English and Level IV in Arabic is required.
SELECTION PROCESS
