Working in partnerships with donors, governments and the private sector, the Private Enterprise Partnership for Africa (PEP) is a primary vehicle for delivering IFC advisory services in Africa. As a member of the regional PEP Monitoring and Evaluation teams, you will conduct evaluations, contribute to project-level and programmatic strategies and liaise with a large number of stakeholders, including donors, clients and project beneficiaries. You will identify potential issues and provide guidance to program managers for the design of results driven projects focusing on development impact and effectiveness. Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in economics, business administration and/or public policy.
  • 5+ years’ experience in the M&E field, and excellent capabilities in compiling data, preparing quantitative and qualitative project reports and developing and presenting project concepts.
  • At least 3 years’ experience working in developing countries.
  • Demonstrated experience developing TORs, providing guidance to consultants and managing the procurement process.
