- Responsible for coaching and development of the CM organization towards ensuring the CMO has both the capacity and capability to lead the brilliant execution of GGBL BTL activities.Leadership responsibilities§ Find Solution .Be imaginative in finding solution to issues, anticipating trends and opportunities, and pursuing opportunities for the business§ Be authentic. Qualifications & Experience required
Functional; A strong track record in field sales & customer marketing experience§ A good understanding of all Diageo Way of Selling Capabilities and tools. Strong capability and able to coach others in Insights, Sales Drivers, Outlet Segmentation and Managing Relationships§ A good understanding and strong capability to coach others on CM fundamentals& BTL process.Unable to mobilise & energise around visionsInability to translate business goals into specific territory objectivesUncomfortable in pushing back on othersInability to manage own time & work load

- Translation of Shopper Understanding into Strategies that drives growth for the Categories, Customer and Diageo
- Ensure that the CM activity calendar, planning and timings are such that field sales capacity and capability are efficiently utilized
- CM recommendations are consistently compliant with DMC guidelines. Drives Full compliance to Diageo COBC
