1. Job Title: Director Finance, Human
Resource and Administration (1 Post)

Salary Scale: BTEB 2
Main purpose of the job:
To Plan, develop and Coordinate Implementation of Board policies and systems for Human Resource, Finance and Administration.
Main Duties:
Tender advice to Executive Secretary on matters of Finance, Human Resource & Administration; lead and coordinate preparation of capital & recurrent budgets; develop and coordinate systems, processes & procedures for enforcing proper accountability of resources; coordinate the development and implementation of UBTEB Strategic Plan; develop and coordinate the implementation of Finance, Human Resource and Administrative policies; plan and avail resources required for implementation of UBTEB activities; coordinate the Human Resource functions; develop and coordinate the implementation of the UBTEB information system; manage the UBTEB assets and liabilities and perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirement:
Qualifications & Experiences:
A Bachelors degree in Commerce, Public/ Business Administration, Social Work and Social Administration, Social Sciences (with Public Administration and Human Resource management), Human Resource Management, Management Science, or any other degree in a field examinable by the Board with a Professional Qualifications like ACCA, CPA and registration with the relevant professional body is a MUST; with a Masters degree in Public/Business Administration, Human Resource (with a professional qualification in financing/Accounting), Finance and Accounting. At least eight (8) years of work experience in Human Resource, Finance and Administration at a Senior management position in a government department or any other reputable organization is a requirement.
