A leading and highly reputed business house (manufacturing and trading) with major presence in East Africa wishes to appoint a Senior Sales Professional to sell all kinds of Electrical & Hardware products.
Position: Sales Manager – Electrical & Hardware Products
Location: Kampala -Uganda
Job Profile:
- Provide leadership in planning and translating the sales and marketing strategies for growth in line with the company’s strategic plans/performance targets.
- Analyse and evaluate sales coverage, market size, competitors’ share and products preferences and spear head products development.
- Formulate and execute promotional strategies viz; exhibitions, sales campaigns, etc.
- Producing, analyzing and maintaining all operational and strategic cost benefit analysis and documentations as may be required by the mgt
- Achieving overall sales performance indicators viz; targets, collection volumes and profits
- Establishing and maintaining good customer relations and customer care mgt systems
- Set up and constantly review sales, credit and collection policy.
Personal Profile:
- Age: Approximately 30 yrs, a University graduate and MBA with Marketing as a major
- 5/7 years of related working experience and a proven track record of working in a similar capacity and a passion to excel
- Highly energetic & prepared to travel frequently
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
- A good leader, a good communicator and self motivated
- Computer literacy essential
