Report to: Country Customer Service Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• To develop, maintain and measure distribution operating standards (DOSA) at country level in line with MDC distribution strategy in order to meet business target
• To ensure annual business plan is formulated per MDC and support identified areas of business development to ensure alignment to the overall business strategy
• To monitor and ensure standards of all MDC’s are implemented
• To ensure adequate Health & Safety standards are developed and implemented
• To assist MDC’s in developing strategies and minimize costs
• To ensure annual fixed cost budget is set and aligned to MDC requirements and approved
• To identify essentials capital investments (CAPIN)
• To foster long lasting commercial relationships with all MDC’s
• To support staff capability and manage performance
Qualifications:
• University graduate preferably degree in logistics or any other related field
• At least 3 years in operations/finance environment at management level ideally in FMCG or beverage industry
• Problem solving skills
• Computer literate
• System oriented
• Credibility, reliability, responsibility, trustworthy
