Job Description
- Drive the team to perform activation and Revenue in the region assigned
- Ensure correct implementation of sales and marketing strategies
- Define targets and compliance of distribution
- Recurrently Recruitment, training and coordination of freelancers
- Responsible of the high spirit of the team to lead and drive sales
- Generate and review and analyze daily and weekly sales, revenue
- Activation site back report of area assigned
- Collect experience and marketing knowledge and escalate it accordingly
- Compliance with Operational Excellence initiatives and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Business Administration Degree
- Advanced excel
- 5 years of experience
