SCOPE OF WORK: A credit supervisor oversees the credit and collection activities for a company. She/He manages and supervises a staff that initiates contact with customers that have delinquent accounts and attempts to collect on them. We need an energetic person with sufficient experience specifically on micro, small and/or medium enterprises loans.
A credit Supervisor will regularly reviews payment histories and directs staff in how to most efficiently collect on overdue accounts through utilizing interpersonal communication skills and creative negotiating tactics. A credit supervisor regularly reviews the statuses of overdue accounts with the manager to keep them informed of progress as well as lingering problems. He/She will often receive direction and assistance from his/her manager on effective collection procedures

QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, B.comor any other relevant Degree
-Must have a minimum of 5 years experience on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises loans.
-Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili
-A team player and a target oriented person
