POSITION TITLE: ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN (1 POST)
REPORTING TO: ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
? JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS
• Diploma in Electrical Installations with at least 2 years of Industrial experience
• Working experience with new project installations
• Knowledge of making / reading Electrical circuit diagrams
• Age at least 25-35 years old
• Excellent oral and written communication skill in both Kiswahili and English Language
• Strong organizational skills; able to coordinate multiple people & tasks; and be a team player

? JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Maintain Electrical Equipments.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures etc.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system
• Attending service calls for emergency breakdown.
• Inspections of Electrical Circuit / Machines / Tools / Connections etc.
• Updating necessary information to Electrical Leader.
 

POSITION TITLE: ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (2 POSTS)
REPORTING TO: SR. PROJECTS MANAGER
? JOB REQUIREMENTS / SPECIFICATIONS
• Bachelor Degree Electrical Engineering with 3 to 5 years of Industrial experience.
• Working experience with new project installations.
• Knowledge of making / reading Electrical circuit diagrams
• Working knowledge on switch gears, pumps, motors installations.
• Age at least 25-40 years old
• Excellent oral and written communication skill in both Kiswahili and English Language
• Strong organizational skills; able to coordinate multiple people & tasks; and be a team player
• Good management and supervisory skills.

? JOB DESCRIPTIONS
? The following are some of duties and responsibilities to be carried out in this position;
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards
• Operate computer-assisted PLC Software or equipment to perform engineering tasks.
• Direct or coordinate for diagnosing the electrical equipments to identify the problems and solving the problems to ensure compliance with specification
• Electrical planned maintenance
• Inspect completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards
• Maintain all Electrical Equipments with connect to utility, bottling lines and related equipments
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components and conduct necessary testing’s
• Estimates time and materials required for repairs and preparing requisitions for new parts.
• Conducts safety checks of all electrical installations and its maintenance

MECHANICAL ENGINEER (2 POSTS)
REPORTING TO: SR. PROJECTS MANAGER
? JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3 to 5 years of Industrial experience
• Working experience in new industrial project constructions works
• Experience in machinery installation and commissioning work
• Drafting & reading Auto cad drawings
• Working experience on structural fabrication for new installation.
• Age at least 25-40 years old
• Excellent oral and written communication skill in both Kiswahili and English Language
• Strong organizational skills; able to coordinate multiple people and tasks; and be a team player
• Good management and supervisory skills.

? JOB DESCRIPTIONS
? The following are some of duties and responsibilities to be carried out in this position;
• Ensure activities of all personnel involved in the project are co-ordinated so as to ensure the efficient implementation of the project
• Design work of allocated projects that will include particular responsibility for the Mechanical Services and the co-ordination of all other Services as applicable
• Ensure design work is carried out to the required standards of accuracy
• Quality Assurance, Design Guides and Practice Notes and appropriate statutory regulations and codes of practice
• The Engineer ensures that they are fully conversant with the relevant aspects of the design of the Project under their control and co-ordinates this work to the required standard
• The Engineer provides training and support to graduates and new staff
• Planning and managing allocated resources to ensure the satisfactory staffing of
projects.

POSITION TITLE: CIVIL ENGINNER (2 POSTS)
REPORTING TO: SR. PROJECTS MANAGER
 JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with 2 to 4 years experience
• Working experience in new  industrial project constructions works
• Experience in concrete road constructions works
• Drafting & reading Auto cad drawings
• Working experience on structural fabrication for new installation
• Age at least 25-40 years old
• Excellent oral and written communication skill in both Kiswahili and English Language
• Strong organizational skills; able to coordinate multiple people & tasks; and be a team player
• Good management and supervisory skills.

 JOB DESCRIPTIONS
 The following are some of duties and responsibilities to be carried out in this position;
• Responsible for the detailed engineering of civil layout for the installation of Plant and machinery, construction of buildings, road grading and  paving, fencing etc 
• Shall be capable of analyzing survey reports, maps, drawings, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects
• Participate in site surveys to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction
• Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, and material stress factors to determine design specifications
• Supervise construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards
• Test soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel
• Support proposals team to estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility
• Participate in project meetings with customers, architects, sub-contractors and customer nominated engineering personnel
• Good management and supervisory skills.
