Application Instructions:

The candidate will support the implementation of all projects of the department under supervision of the Head of Department and respective Principal Investigators of the studies reporting to the Nurse In Charge.

In the context of the practical implementation of the research projects, he/she will take up responsibilities of a study nurse, including administering informed consent procedures, patient questionnaires, conducting and documenting study specific procedures and obtaining study specific bio-specimen. 

The candidate is further expected to be involved in the routine management of the patients seen at Mbeya Referral Hospital, with specific focus on treatment experienced patients and the National Cervical Carcinoma Screening Program.
