Supports Account Managers, BDMs and PMs on sales related activities and collects required information from the team for internal consolidation, compliance and reporting
Reports to Manager – Sales Administration
Provides sales admin support to AMs, BDMs, and PMs on Opportunities/Tenders by organizing meetings/calls, providing administrative support, frequent updates, monitoring progress, and following up with the key stakeholders.
Provides direct support to field sales and practice team members on bids, proposals and tender submissions with organizing calls, reminders, follow ups, status updates, etc.
Monitors and provides sales activity reports from the field sales/practice team
Supports sales efforts by guiding and administering sales operations; monitoring and reporting sales results
Improves communication between sales and practice by ensuring that there is seamless information flow and collaboration across various key stakeholders
