Human Resource Manager The LandMark Mbezi Beach

The Landmark Mbezi Beach a FIVE STAR hotel is hereby inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced, dynamic and self motivated Tanzanian citizens to immediately fill vacant positions currently existing in the hotel.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
To plan and forecast the short and long term talent requirements for the hotel to support its business plan. Maintain a best practice recruitment approach to attract the best applicant
To implement training and development strategies to continuously improve performance and customer service
Oversee the hotel's human resource database and payroll system
Oversee and prepare management reports and analysis
Manage and resolve promptly and completely all employee relation issues
Conduct regular review of manpower requirements, formulate resourcing strategies for manpower needs
