To establish and maintain a culture of quality customer service including proactive strategies to address customer dissatisfaction

To develop operational strategies and achieve outlet goals through maintaining effective working relationship
To promote products and services and manage promotional activities within the outlet
To develop interpersonal skills
To contribute and participate in continuous professional and organizational improvement
To plan future business strategies and review ongoing action plan progress
