The Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, with strategic funding from the Wellcome Trust, has embarked on a significant expansion of its research base. In particular we are looking for inspiring academics with new and exciting approaches that have the potential to advance our knowledge and ability to manage important infectious Tropical diseases. We are specifically looking to appoint in areas of disease epidemiology and control, with a focus on vector borne parasitic diseases and TB.
LSTM has a worldwide reputation and the calibre of our research outputs has secured funding to lead a number of international consortia and product development partnerships aimed at reducing or eliminating the impact of diseases upon the world's poorest people.
We are seeking world class talent, committed to expanding their research, within our outstanding institution. Applications are invited for the following posts:
