JOB CONTEXT:
As part of our business, we are always looking for administrators for short-term and long-term missions. Several positions are available in different countries.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under the supervision of the Program Director, as an Administrator, you will be in charge of:
Managing financial resources: budget, treasury, expenditure commitments, accounting, finance, reporting to donors/stakeholders Implementing the program HR strategy and providing administrative management of human resources : recruitment, HR policy, management of contracts, training Ensuring compliance with local laws and the establishment of a legal framework : assist the program director in drawing partnership agreements, manage contractual documents Establishing an administrative and an operational framework : management of the contracts for the living and work premises Ensuring the program’s logistics management : general services, procurement, equipment, vehicle fleet and stocks Assuring external/internal communication on administrative and financial issues Assisting the field program director
You will be in charge of managing an administrative team (size depending on the program, it may include expatriates management).
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Essential: Graduate business school or Master degree in business management and administration, finance, economics, or Administrator training in Bioforce. At least 1 year of experience in an NGO Financial management, human resource management and accounting experience Autonomy, discipline, adaptability, good interpersonal skills
Additional: Team management, ability to unite Knowledge of donor requirements and procedures Pedagogy, Initiative Experience of work as an expatriate would be an asset
REQUIRED LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Fluency in English is mandatory
EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS: (depending on your experience)
Salary: 2000 to 2400 Euros gross salary/month + 457 Euros net expatriation allowance + 50% of the medical cover taken in charge by HI + repatriation insurance + indemnity for partner and children
Volunteer: 750 or 850 Euros monthly indemnity + living allowance paid on the field + accommodation + 100% of the medical cover taken in charge by HI + repatriation insurance + indemnity for Partner and children
Possibility of family departure depending on the location of the mission.
You will receive training/briefing before departure or during your mission (training sessions planned 3 times a year at headquarters).
