Summary of Job Description
Maintain all computer hardware and peripherals in a good condition
Install and maintain workstations and user set up on the network
Ensure backup of assigned systems and coordinate the backup of other systems
Maintain good housekeeping procedure on Email databases
Provide Email intranet and internet support to users
Effectively provide technical support on all hardware and workstation/application setup to users
Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in IT or Electronic Engineering or relevant field
Minimum of 2 years in Windows and Network administration and troubleshooting systems
