Reporting to the Emergency Team Leader, the Emergency WASH Coordinator will be responsible for assessment, design and implementation of the water, sanitation and hygiene component of CARE's emergency response in Dadaab. She/he will play a critical role in the technical co-ordination, support and advocacy within national and local WASH clusters and other technical agencies relevant to the sector.
