| DAI, a global development consulting firm headquartered in Washington, DC, USA seeks to fill multiple positions to support an anticipated tourism development program in East Africa. These positions are for submission in an anticipated proposal and contingent upon successful award of funding. The program is expected to focus on reducing threats to biodiversity by addressing constraints in the tourism sector, reducing limitations for local entrepreneurs in developing tourism businesses, enhancing marketing efforts, and improving linkages between local, national, and global value chains. Long-term and short- term positions under the program are expected to be filled by experts in the following technical areas: •Sustainable tourism •Biodiversity conservation •Gender analysis in value chains •Rural development, livelihoods •Enterprise development and value chain strengthening | |
