About the role
Amnesty International’s (AI) International Mobilization Programme (IMP) has an exciting vacancy for the position of International Capacity Building Coordinator at the International Secretariat. IMP supports human rights activists and strengthens their activism, accountability and organizations. It enables the AI movement to increase diversity and grow its support base by facilitating professional services to enhance their capacities and competencies. You will work as part of a team of Organizational Development professionals within the IMP, building the capacity of AI entities, particularly in the global south and east. You’ll be responsible for developing a coordinated approach to organisational development and capacity building, ensuring the provision of high quality capacity building support and the facilitation of organisational learning on best practices.
About you
With good knowledge of the Capacity Building theory and practice, you’ll have a track record of designing projects and materials related to CB. Along with fluency in written and spoken English, you’ll also have experience of working with relevant tools and techniques. French or Spanish language skills are also highly desirable.
