Job Description (Duties):
Job Purpose:
Responsible for executing, coordinating and monitoring in order to achieve Channel Category objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify channels in Market and Classify outlets; the candidate will have to identify key channels for the category he or she is handling and assess channels for attractiveness and recommend prioritization.
- Develop channel Objectives and strategies and work closely with the sales team to achieve the same.
- Combine consumer and trade activities.
- Planning process facilitation and coordination.
- Proactively work with the sales team of the country in ensuring country sales objectives are met. Suggest action on bridging sales gaps as and when it arises.
Necessary Qualifications:
- University graduate.
- 3-5 years experience in the Sales/Marketing field.
- Product and local market knowledge.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Thorough understanding of company strategies.
- Local trade and international retailers knowledge.
- Broad knowledge and understanding of customer needs and consumer behavior.
- Retail and field management knowledge.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
