4. Job Title: Branch Accountant (Finance and Administration)
Job Location: Any part of Uganda

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• The Branch Accountants should ensure that the cash collections for the day are properly receipted and banked before the close of the day.
• Receiving of bankers' cheques, recording financial transactions, counting" money to verify amounts, and issuing receipts for funds received in a particular period'.
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entities to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and documents of business Transactions
• Prepare and review budget, revenue expens¬es, invoices and other accounting documents.
• Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staffs, senior accountant and the auditors/supervisors.
• The branch accountant should ensure proper filling of all the accounting documents in the Branch.
• Should also ensure proper maintenance of all the fixed asset and stock registers in the Branch.
• Any other duties that may be assigned to her.

Job requirement

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Must have a Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
• Computer literacy is a must, especially Micro soft office Applications.
• Ability to-coordinate work with all the other staff, including the immediate supervisors.
• Strong communication skills.
• Applicants must be within 30 years of Age
