Hungary – Tanzania Educational and Scientific Cooperation was signed in September 2017 between the Ministry of Human Capacities of Hungary and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology of the United Republic of Tanzania, and will be effective until 2020.
2. Call for Application
Working Programme the Hungarian Party offers scholarships for 30 Tanzanian students per year to pursue studies in Hungary in Hungarian or foreign language.

II. Monthly stipend: HUF 4460 per month in the case of BA/BSc, MA/MSc programs, and HUF 140000 per month for PhD students for first doctoral 2 years
III. Dormitory place or additional contribution to accommodation costs HUF40000

Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme
Thousands of students from all around the world apply for higher educational studies in Hungary each year. The number of Stipendium Hungaricum applicants is continuously increasing as well as the number of available scholarship places. In the academic year 2017/2018 approximately 4000 students can begin their studies in Hungary in the framework of the Stipendium Hungaricum Programme.
The programme is based on bilateral educational cooperation agreements signed between the Ministries responsible for education in the sending countries/territories and Hungary or between higher education institutions. Currently more than 50 Sending Partners are engaged in the programme throughout 4 different continents.
