Halopesa Channel Officer

  1. Recruiting, testing and monitoring agent network
  2. Providing customer service to both Agent, Super-agent and customers
  3. Submit reports on the operations of the Halopesa to the board of trustee on daily basis and or such other interval as the board of trustee may prescribe
  4. Visiting channel on field for training, survey and introducing company’s strategies
  5. Prepare the reports on the channel development on the daily basis and report to the management
  6. Advice the management on the ways for channel development and management regarding to the current situation in the market
  7. Assign business KPI to the related units and report for the implementation
  8. Proposing business strategies and policies of Halopesa service
  9. Expand and manage the distribution and merchant network
  10. Support other duties by the assign from manager
Distributions Officer

  1. Responsible for the progress and quality of the job.
  2. Ensure categories and quantities handset for business match with market
  3. Responsible for the quality of handset subscriber (quality handset, subscriber) base on Product packet and Business policy...
  4. Management of database.
  5. Working plans.
  6. Identify and solve the problems related to the Product and business policy.
  7. Checking and supervising the implementation.
  8. Responsible for the quality and progress of product and business policy.
  9. Database management in business.
  10. Administration, supervision, checking the Business plans.
  11. Join weekly internal training.
  12. Training to improve the quality of Business Staff.
  13. Participate in professional meetings of the Company and the Group.
  14. Support the Business of Province as required.

  17. Implement the recommendations of the strategic business plan.
  18. Evaluate operational issues to determine whether competitive and staying current with the latest trends in the industry.

  21. Develop marketing campaigns for new handset and services. This includes formulating a specific budget and expenditure plan for each.
IT Supervisor

  1. Check and monitoring the operating status of IT system, hardware system of server.
  2. Support Call Center handles reflecting individual customer about error IT service.
  3. Operating rescue information according the processes layering monitoring.
  4. Perform synthesis necessary metrics, reporting the operating status of IT system.
  5. Support related parts to implement the irregularly job.
  6. To be responsible to the Network Operating department manager about the correct data of reports.
  7. To be responsible to the Network Operating department manager, head of division about the past supervision of network’s quality; Operate to handle the problems, troubleshooting process.
  8. To be responsible to notes the detailed the information on record book, handover on working shift.
  9. To be responsible to coordinate with troubleshooting processor at branches in shift work.
  10. Computer with special software installed.
  11. Make KPI report, the status of IT system.
  12. Report the troubles in IT system.
  13. Make the other reports in task as required.
  14. . Coordinate with other related divisions within the Department / Division
  15. Synergistic relationships and coordinate the Unit/departments in Group
  16. Coordinate to process the problem and testing service with the Telecommunication service provider and other departments out of Group.
Technical Support staff

  1. Ensure equipment, materials and tool: Responsible for handling materials and equipment and tooling for serving the contingency case, reinforced network according to the request of the province.
  2. Ensure the contingency plans of parts on the network.
  3. Suggestion the solution for rescue service
  4. Suggestion for add or deduct point for Ensurement equipment, tool for rescue service.
  5. Responsible with manager of department/division on matters relating to the work assigned to supervise and operate the targets.
  6. Firmly grasp data about the situation of network every day, ready to report to superiors when necessary.
  7. Computer with specialized software.
  8. Report monthly report about spare parts status
  9. Report monthly report about simulation incidents situation.
  10. Make other reports in task as required
  11. Coordinate with other related department/ division.
  12. Synergistic relationships and coordinate.
