Role Purpose You are responsible for the voice(2G,3G) and data (GPRS,EDGE,3G) quality of the radio network services to customers through optimization activities. Key Responsibilities - Daily monitoring and performance checking of many KPIs environments (GSM-WCDMA),(voice ,data-R99,GPRS,HSDPA+) soft/softer & IRAT handover ,power utilization ,CQI quality ,congestion control & drops, code utilization ,interference reduction ,IuB limitation check and service Quality - Analyse all drive test results for benchmarking purposes and customer complaints and to generate reports with recommendations and action for top worst cells - Make sure that all 2G BTS’s & 3G node B's are operating in acceptable quality. - Resolve customer complaints pertaining RF issues and give feedback while establishing root causes and resolve service verification after network changes/ after new feature implementation - Ensure that network statistics and KPI reports are generated and distributed whenever needed. - Propose software and hardware network upgrades to improve cell performance in 2G & 3G networks - Provide suggestion and follow up implementation of justified radio network parameter, and physical antenna system changes to improve the network performance (Both 2G and 3G). Position Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience. - Bachelor Degree in Telecom Engineering/ Electronics and Communication Engineering Masters degree is an added advantage. - Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication - Proficient in office computer applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access - Professional Qualification: 2G and 3G TECHNOLOGY APPLY |
