Role Purpose Responsible for contributing to Tigo’s strategic goals, continually improving the present (and future) performance and creating team spirit based on the Tigo Values. He/she will stimulate innovation and consumer focus throughout the region and manage resources to deliver the offer in alignment with company strategy. The MFS Sales, distribution and training Manager will ensure profitable customer intake (mass market, corporate, retailers and key companies related to MFS transactions), distribution of mobile money and train customers and other key stakeholders in key MFS products. He/she will develop team skills and ensure the transfer knowledge. Responsible for validating needs identified at Product Brief profile, defining strategy and/or plans as input for final Blueprint of the offer, and executing the acquisition of all MFS sales needs for the development of the Offer and validating and executing the Training Plan, related to MFS activities. Key Responsibilities • Customer registration and KYC compliance, both process and quality • Customer activation and drive transaction usage programs • Customer training in MFS products • Optimize the mobile money working capital in the eco system • Manage the key stake holders such as dealers, distributors, retailers and merchants • Design and manage our sales, distribution and training channels • Establish and responsible for end to end mobile money processes in the sales and distribution channels • Manage our internal sales and training channels to optimize the customer satisfaction and usage Position Requirements QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE • University degree, preferable in business administration/engineering, business/service oriented. • Master degree in business. • MBA is a plus. • 5 to 10 years of managerial experience with field and operation experience preferable in FMCG/Mobile Business ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE • Mobile sales, distribution and training • Finance • Project management • Marketing APPLY |
