Position title: PROSECUTOR 1. Core mission of Position: Provide Support to the International Crimes Unit in Prosecutorial work. 2. Service Agency: National Public Prosecution Authority (NPPA) 3. Specific tasks: a. Assigned to work with the National Public Prosecution Authority, Office of the Prosecutor General b. Give advice and Expertise in handling of transferred/Extradited cases. c. Share experience to the International Crimes Unit Prosecutorial work. d. Train Prosecutors in modern Prosecutorial techniques. e. Do any other Legal task as may be assigned to him/her by the Prosecutor General 4. Required Profiles a. Having 5 year of experience in international criminal law preferably having worked with UN courts (ICTR,ICTY) b. Minimum Master’s degree in law c. Be familiar with Prosecutorial Works d. Having a good knowledge of English and French e. Well knowledgeable in penal process and procedures. 5. Reporting line: The Prosecutor will report to the Prosecutor General.
