Capacity Building Consultant in Tanzania

We are seeking an outstanding individual to join our team in Tanzania for six months in a capacity building role on donor funded projects.
We are entering an exciting phase with new donor funded projects starting to support our ambitious national strategy – this role will lead on ensuring project and programme staff from assistant to manager level are able to effectively manage new donor funded projects through capacity building on project and grant management.
We are seeking an experienced individual with strong programmes management experience within donor funded projects (especially DFID, CIDA, Sida, UNICEF, and USAID programmes) who is able to develop and deliver structured capacity building support to staff, to develop internal systems to enable Restless Development’s team to better manage its donor funded projects.
You will be expected to travel in-country on a regular basis in order to provide training and capacity building to Restless Development teams.
