About this Job: | Duties: - Reports to the Director, Grants Office
- Oversees all the incoming and outgoing contracts to and Grants from MUST
- Receives all contracts and grants from sub-contracts in consultation with the Director and the Principal Investigators
- Makes project invoices or requests for funds to the funding agencies in accordance with the guidelines of the project contracts.
- Communicates with funding agencies or institutions.
- Reviews monthly finance reports prepared by the Finance Manager before reporting to the Director, and the Principal Investigators.
- Keeps accurate, current and complete records of all grants, contracts and sub-contracts.
- Ensures spending of funds as stipulated in the contract agreements.

Requirement: | Qualifications, experience and abilities: - A good Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in working on international projects
- Knowledge and background in the legal field, particularly in contracts law
- (Knowledge in human resource management)
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to take initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Good client skills care
- Ability to write reports
- High level of humility and diplomacy as the person is required to represent MUST both locally and internationally
- Good computer skills.
