Description: | IMA World Health is currently seeking an experienced Grants Manager for an anticipated USAID-funded project to build the capacity of Kenyan organizations to lead and empower civil society to better respond to the health needs and well-being of all Kenyans. |
Duties: | The Grants Manager will be responsible to ensure adherence to standard contracting and grants oversight to the expectation of the donor; oversee grants management for and build technical and financial management capacity of national level CSO or CSO networks to manage large grants; analyze project reports; monitor grant requirements and performance; and support the audit process. |
Qualifications: | Desired qualifications: Advanced degree in business or related field; minimum of five years’ experience in grants management or program oversight for USG or other donor projects; and international NGO/PVO field experience required. English fluency required. Kiswahili fluency strongly preferred. |
