Description: | IMA World Health is currently seeking an experienced M&E Officer for an anticipated USAID-funded project to build the capacity of Kenyan organizations to lead and empower civil society to better respond to the health needs and well-being of all Kenyans. |
Duties: | The M&E Officer will be responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of an effective M&E system to monitor program implementation and track performance; framework targets and indicators to measure progress toward project objectives and expected results, ensuring timely, quality data collection, analysis, and appropriate reporting aligned to meet donor reporting requirements, as well as support capacity building of national CSO or CSO networks. Coordinating closely with project staff, partners, and other key stakeholders, the M&E Officer oversees the analysis, interpretation, and tracking of all program data as well as documents and disseminates lessons learned, best practices, and other project deliverables. |
Qualifications: | Desired qualifications: Advanced degree in international development, economics or related field; five years or more experience in performance monitoring and evaluation for international development programs, including developing performance indicators, data collection and analysis; and strong analytical skills with three years minimum of international NGO/PVO field office experience. English fluency required. Kiswahili fluency strongly preferred. |
