IT Software and Systems Officer , Al Muntazir Schools

The Al Muntazir Schools are managed under the auspices of KSIJ Central Board of Education, a Non-Profit Organization, providing quality education to students from multicultural backgrounds and comprises several schools spread over many campuses, providing education at Toddlers, Nursery, Primary, Secondary and College levels.

With the vision of the Al Muntazir Schools of providing education through the latest technology, the institution is looking for a dynamic, committed and creative person for the position of
IT Software and Systems Officer. The role would include but not restricted to the following:

- Website Maintenance and Management:
o Regular updates on the school website including update of information and gathering of responses for action from the feedback section.
o Uploading of all school Press Releases on time and in the required format.
o Backup/Restore the web based data.
o Modification and improvements to the school website design as per the changing needs.
- School Management Software Maintenance and Supervision:
o Ensuring that all data on the school software is updated in a timely manner by the schools.
o Ensuring all required analysis from the software is extracted and made available for review and discussions by the relevant functions.
o Support schools on all queries regarding the school software
o Train all users of the software to ensure it is used to the optimum level.
- Question Bank System Management:
o To ensure the question bank is updated across all schools
o To train the schools on the database software used for the question bank system
o To assist in updating of the question bank from all school after due verification from the relevant functions.
- Training Staff on ICT related systems
o To play an active role in the training programs that support teachers to use ICT in the classrooms for better learning.
