PLUMMER – 1 POST Reports To: Maintenance Technician

POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Plummer is responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing material used for clean water distribution and waste water disposal in Power Plants and Substations.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and components to all building at the Plant
• Maintain all building codes, installation requirements and relevant legislation
• Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance meet environmental protection requirements
• Assist in preparation of budget estimate for plumbing works
• Keep daily reports
• Schedule work in cooperation with other trades and suppliers
• Perform other related duties as assigned by his/her supervisor

Key Knowledge, Experience and Skills you must possess:

• Form IV certificate
• Holder of VETA certificate in Pluming works, Trade Test III and above
• Understanding of mechanical/structural/architectural drawings
• At least 3 years experience in similar assignments

REMUNERATION
