| Role Purpose • To ensure that all sales done in our sales system are posted daily in our accounting system. • To ensure that all sales are posted completely, accurately and on time. • To ensure that, cash is Banked for all sales made. • To ensure any inconsistencies in cost of sales is monitored. Key Responsibilities • Posting of daily sales in the accounting system • Reconciliation of daily sales against our inventory tracking application • Physical stock count reconciliation with accounting system. • Managing Super dealer’s accounts. • Cost of sales monitoring and analysis • Any other task given by supervisor Position Requirements • Bachelors’ Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management • Energetic, detailed oriented, able to adhere deadlines on a timely manner. • Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency required. • Strong communication skills APPLY |
