Assistant Commissioner - Culture Change Management
Duties and Responsibilities
- Aligning culture of the Authority to the vision by building and integrating culture change strategies.
- Defining culture and behaviors of the Authority and building culture change activities.
- Developing culture change programmes and aligning plans.
- Regularly assessing culture alignment to the visions.
- Gathering feedback and assessing the impact of culture change programme effectiveness and recommending appropriate action.
- Ensuring that the organization design and Human Resources/Performance Management Systems are aligned to driving new behaviors that gradually shifts the organizations culture in support of the Authority s vision.
- Implementing culture programmes and planning on an on-going basis.
- Any other relevant duties assigned.
Requirements for appointment
Academic and professional qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field from a recognized University.
- A Masters degree in Organizational Development or related field will be an added advantage.
- Qualification in project management, change management or related field.
- Undertaken at least one culture change program.
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience, three (3) of which must be in Human Resources in middle level management position in a comparable organization.

- Ability to support and manage change efforts, innovative approaches in problem solving.
- Ability to work with and through others to deliver desired results.
- Strong emotional intelligence skills.
- Ability to communicate courteously and proactively.
- Must have high standards of integrity.
