Assistant Commissioner - Change Communication
Duties and Responsibilities
- Reviewing the communication strategy.
- Reviewing previous change initiatives and updating current strategy based on lessons learned.
- Assessing stakeholder groups and conducting stakeholder analysis.
- Creating a detailed communication plan.
- Developing and maintaining a communication calendar.
- Working with client counterparts to assessing appropriate communication channels.
- Advising Client Change, Network Agents on planning, tailoring and distributing project communications to meet local needs.
- Identifying/developing two-way communication channels for gathering feedback and interacting with stakeholders.
- Implementing and updating the communication plan on an on-going basis.
- Any other relevant duties assigned.
Requirements for appointment
Academic and professional qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field from a recognized University.
- A Masters degree in Organization Development or relevant field shall be an added advantage.
- Qualifications in project management, change management or related field
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience, three (3) of which must be as a change communication expert in middle level management position in a comparable organization
