TAC ASSOCIATES TAX CONSULTANT

The Tax Consultant will be incharge of the tax department and attend to all tax consultancy assignments in accodance with the firms standards and quality. Provision of the best and timely service as per clients expectations and maintaining good relationship with the clients are the core responsibilities of the Tax consultant. In detail, the duties of the Tax consultant are as follows:-

• Ensuring the preparation of and regular review of work programme for carrying out tax work for all clients under his control
• Keeping the lead partner-audit and consultancy informed at all times regarding the progress and problems of his division and its clients
• Maintaining close relationship with clients to ensure that their problems are promptly and appropriately attended to as they arise
• Submitting periodical reports on the progress of taxation work to the lead partner-audit and consultancy.
• Do any other duties as directed by the superior

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor of commerce (Accounting), or its equivalent or an advanced diploma in accountancy or tax management from a recognized university or college
• CPA(T),ACCA or its equivalent. Registered with NBAA as CPA or CPAPP
• Registered with TRA as a Tax Consultant , or qualified for registration as such
• Working experience of at least three years in a similar field
• Good organizational and team work skills with the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead others and communicate at all levels
• Computer literate
