2 - objective function:
The proposed employee is generally responsible for the preparation and implementation of activities related to electoral processes and controls and training carried out by the Electoral Assistance Unit and democracy in the Member States.
3 - Tasks and responsibilities:
The proposed officer elections:
A) ensure the implementation of all activities related to election monitoring and electoral assistance.
B) the preparation of proposals and projects related to election monitoring and electoral assistance.
C) Follow-up and analysis of political trends and economic and social development that may have an impact on electoral processes and democracy within the framework of the African Union.

4 - Qualifications and experience required:
• The candidate must possess a bachelor's degree, bachelor's in at least one of the following disciplines: Law and Political Sciences and Social Sciences or any discipline related to the last.
