Qualifications

Holder of Masters Degree or equivalent basic in Economic Commerce or Business Administration

10 years experience in a big organization/ cooperative union holding Managerial position

Duties and Responsibilities

Chief Executive of the Union

Reporting to the Board of Directors

Convening all Board Meeting of the Union as per the Union By Laws and Cooperative societies Act.

Furtherance of the objective of the Union towards its achievements

Ensuring preparation of progress reports and quarterly financial statements and submitting them to the Board

Signing contracts and Agreements of the Union

Ensuring preparation of Annual Accounts and Balance sheet of submission to the Board and Auditors

Establishing a working network with other institutions

Salary: As per NCU Scales

Age: Between 40 and 50 years old
