Comprehensive Community Based Rehabilitation in Tanzania (CCBRT) is a locally registered NGO first established in 1994. It is the largest indigenous provider of disability rehabilitation services in the country. CCBRT aims to improve the quality of life of people living with disabilities as well as their families and to enable them to achieve their legitimate potential.
Duties to Include:
- Keeping records of materials filed or removed
- Adding new materials to file records and create new records
- Tracking materials removed from files in order to ensure that borrowed files are returned
- Gather documents and payment vouchers to be filed from treasury and payable sections
- Modify and improve filling system or implement a new filling system
- Perform all office administrative duties including
- Placing orders for purchase of office consumables
Work Experience / Skills:
- Minimum 1 year training/experience in a similar field (P)
- Good record keeping and Office administration skills (E)
- Computer and Communication skills (E)
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Record keeping or Equivalent (E)
E – Essential, P – Preferred
