Senior Technical Officer, Monitoring and Evaluation
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Collaborating, Learning and Adapting (CLA) activities for the Community Connector;
• Make operational decisions and manage various components of the monitoring and evaluation program;
• Oversee data collection efforts and ensure both the PMP and reporting results meet the requirements of the Feed the Future initiative;
• Lead a system tor continuous communication with the two established external evaluation partners;
• Demonstrate an ability to use critical input, feedback, and assessments tram evaluation partners to incorporate changes to program approaches and scale-up, ensuring program components are results-oriented;
• Focus on achieving results in all areas, assuring that subcontractors and sub-grantees are positioned to deliver services on schedule.

Job requirement
Key Requirements:
• BS/BA in Business Administration or related field and 7-9 years relevant experience with international development programs or MS/MA/MBA or related area of study or equivalent work experience or related field and 5-7 years relevant experience;
• Overseas field experience and specialized training in M&E required;
• At least 5 years monitoring and evaluation work at the supervisory level.
