Health Poverty Action (HPA) is looking for qualified individuals and consultancy firms to conduct an end of project evaluation for an Irish Aid funded Sexual and Reproductive Health project in Rwanda and Nicaragua.
The goal of this 3 year project ending in October 2011 is: “To contribute to the achievement of the MDG 5 on improved sexual and reproductive and maternal health in Nicaragua and Rwanda”. Its purpose is: “To increase the access to sexual and reproductive health and maternal health services amongst women and youth”. In addition, the project has 6 expected outputs related to health education, policy influencing, advocacy, lesson learning and organisational development.
The evaluation is to be conducted in both Rwanda and Nicaragua between June 15-30 and will take no longer than 15 working days (5 days in each country and 5 days for report preparation). Final submission of the evaluation will be July 6th, 2011.
