TIB Rasilimali Ltd is seeking to employ candidates to fill the following vacant positions;

Securities Trader

NATURE AND SCOPE:
The Securities Trader will be responsible for trade execution, in equities, fixed income and commodities; The Position supports oversight in market activity, corporate actions, execution quality review and trade reporting.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute agency and principal trades in stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and commodities.
Help ensure both firm and representative compliance by observing and abiding by securities regulations.
Maintain a broad knowledge base of the securities industry including: regulatory and market events,
investment products, operational processes, operational
methodologies and technology.
Develop a strong understanding of customer service and provide assistance to both registered representatives, investment advisors and retail clients whilst adhering to internal policies, products, and trading procedures.
Determine optimal order routing venues to ensure best execution.
Follow risk management procedures with the ability to quickly assess and take action to minimize customer and firm risk.
Review trades to ensure trade execution quality.
Investigate, research, and correct issues related to trading and account activity.
Educate arid train registered representatives and their clients by determining their true needs, provide alternative solutions when necessary, and effectively explain the specific details of each product.
Assist internal operations departments by providing back-up support, coordinating processors to expedite transfers, settlements, research, and complex problem resolution.
Establish and build partnerships with registered representatives of all distribution groups, clearing firm, and product sponsors.
Resolve registered representative concerns by obtaining details, identifying most efficient method of handling, and evaluating risks to all parties before taking action.

Principal Officer, Business Development

NATURE AND SCOPE:
A Principal Officer, Business Development works to improve an organization's market position and achieve financial growth.
This person executes the organizational strategic goals by building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals.
The incumbent will have good knowledge of the capital markets or financial markets industry and be up to speed with current market conditions. The incumbent will be required to steer transactions and deals from. inception to completion.
He/She will also help manage existing clients to ensure they stay satisfied and positive.

Finance and Administration Officer

NATURE AND SCOPE:
The Finance and Administration Officer is responsible for carrying out the company's financial and accounting functions. The person Will also be responsible for provision of administrative services for the company.
