Project Officer Research, Monitoring and Evaluation

REDESO is a National NGO registered since 1998 in Tanzania REDESO has been one of the leading projects implementing partner to' the UNHCR and DANIDA in refugees' settings and in the development activities in the local communities Tanzania mainland. Currently, following refugees influx from Burundi, after the agreement between the" Government Tanzania and the UNHCR High Commissioner, REDESO has been tasked to implement environment Management project in Nduta camp in Kibondo and in Mtendeli camp in Kakonko Districts respectively. Thus REDESO is currently looking' for highly qualified Project Officers research, Monitoring & Evaluation and Project officer Environmental Education. To work under the Project Coordinator in the two Districts as the overseers of the environmental management activities for the two camps.
POSITION:

Project Officer Research, monitoring and evaluation
Duty Station: Kibondo

Required Qualifications:
• BSc. In Environment Management
• Master's degree in Environment field will be an added advantage. ,
• Training and experience in' Research, Monitoring & Evaluation a must.
• Working experience of 3 years will be add value.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point),
• Internet and Office outlook
• Age should not be above-45
• Driving license as he/she could use a motor cycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conduct Research, Monitoring and Evaluation in environmental management activities in the two camps.
2. Provide' .direction and support to the junior staff in implementing the project.
3. Write arid present report timely
4. Represent the organization in interagency meetings
5. Do any other activity as assigned by the Project Coordinator.

Duty station: Kibondo

• Driving license as he/she could use a motor cycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide direction and support to the junior staff in implementing environmental management activities 'in the two camps, which will be in Environmental Education and Energy.
2. Write and present report, timely
3. Represent the organization in interagency meetings.

REMUNERATION
Remuneration for the right person will be negotiable based on qualification and experience.
