We are looking for a full-time, experienced Operation Officer – Logistic at our project Lake zone.
Job description
Operation Officer – (Logistics) is an increasingly prevalent term in business. It’s about getting the product to the customer in the most efficient, timely and cost effective manner. Operation officer play a key role in fulfilling manufacturers’ promises to their customers and in meeting those customers’ expectations. Responsible for managing the execution, direction, and coordination of all transportation matters within the organisation. This includes managing budgets, organising schedules & routes, ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Logistics:
Planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries.
Booking in deliveries and liaising with customers.
Allocating and recording resources and movements on the transport planning system.
Ensuring all partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
Communicating effectively with clients and responding to their requirements.
Booking sub-contractors and ensuring they deliver within agreed terms.
Transportation:
Directing all transportation activities.
Developing transportation relationships.
Monitoring transport costs.
Negotiating and bargaining transportation prices.
Dealing with the effects of congestion.
Confronting climate change issues by implementing transport strategies and monitoring.
Academic Qualifications
First University degree / Advanced Diploma in Economics, Engineering, Management,
Transport and Logistics Other relevant qualifications
Relevant Experience
Have at least five years working experience
Age should not be less than 30yrs and not more than 40yrs
Be reliable, punctual and self-motivated
Have a great attitude and strong work ethic
Be capable and confident in your ability

Mechanic Technician

We are looking for a full-time, experienced Mechanic Technician at our project Lake zone.
Job Summary
The Mechanical Technician assumes a high level of responsibility early, supporting our field teams in their delivery of client services. Successful Mechanical Technicians are fast learners and self-motivated, independent workers. They have the ability to work under pressure and the willingness to work in varying conditions. Mechanical Technicians receive intensive training in troubleshooting, technical procedures, and safety.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities include maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all mechanical and hydraulic- and diesel-powered equipment. Skill-level requirements vary from basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to component replacement.
Qualifications
Minimum of a diploma, certification, or associate’s degree in diesel or hydraulics technology or equivalent formal technical training.
