PARTS SALES COORDINATOR-CRS

Internally Coordinate sales of Spare parts for portable compressors, generators, Rollers, Pavers and
other construction and Mining Equipments.
Mission:
- To handle and serve Parts customers over the counter.
- Provide a high level of customer services, responding to customer inquiries and working to
meet customer expectations by advising them the right way of fixing genuine parts on their
machines.
- Develop good relationship with customers through effective communication, interpersonal
skills and professionalism.
- Record keeping and documentation – Complete job reports. Time sheets, expenses report
turned in promptly and other job-related paperwork as required.
- Promote and practice proper safety procedures when handling parts internally and externally
- Take whatever action is appropriate and required to make sure that Parts customers are
served to their satisfaction and to establish and maintain communications with all people
considered necessary to get the job done.
Experience requirements
- Minimum of 1 year parts sales experience in a very busy Motor industry.
Good understanding of Mechanical and electromechanical Processes in Earth Moving
equipments
- Excellent knowledge of Diesel Engines, Alternators, Mechanical and Hydraulic Power shift
Transmissions, General Pneumatics and Hydraulics skills required
Educational requirements
- Full Technician Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering.
- Good understanding of Earth moving equipments in the Construction or Mining Industry.
- Knowledge of Atlas Copco equipment is an added advantage.
Competencies:
- Good communication skills oral & written
- Sound Technical report writing skills
- Capable of demonstrating Engines and machines operational sequences.
- Ability to work with others in a team to accomplish the parts sales mission.
- Who can demonstrate the belief and understanding of safe working environment

Position:
This Position will be based in Dar es Salaam.
