Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Reporting to the General Manager, the Chief
Finance Officer is responsible for the proper management of the books of accounts, efficient tax planning, day to day cash flow management and development of financial strategies.
Responsibilities
Implement internal financial controls across all functions in the Company; and ensure compliance to internal procedures, financial polices & standards, and statutory financial regulations
Responsible for the preparation of the financial, management reports and record keeping through the finance team
Financial Analysis of the business, financial and general operating information to identify trends and opportunities for development and produce management information to ensure that business developments remain financially viable
Capital Management by ensuring optimization of available cash & liquidity requirements and ensure optimal returns
Responsible for the Budgeting and Planning process
Responsible for tax compliance and liaison with tax authority and advisers
Reviewing and approving payables, treasury, tax sections and bank transactions;
Coordinate internal and external audits both financial and lax audits;
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance,
Economics or Accounting, CPA or ACCA and member of a professional body
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position
Business acumen

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERChief Finance Officer (CFO)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Development of Key distribution channels for our products.
Development and execution of marketing strategies and action plans
Presentation of the Company's products and services to prospective clients and at key marketing events;
Development of training and marketing materials
Coaching and managing the Business Development team
Developing Insurance Products
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Strong undergraduate degree in Marketing,
Business Administration or a related field
Professional certification in Marketing or a related discipline
Proven experience of meeting and exceeding sales target
Experience of developing profitable distribution channels for Insurance Products and services.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
At least 5 years in a similar position
Human Resource & Administration Manager
Reporting to the General Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBIUTIES
Formulate and Implement Human Resource
Policies and Procedures
Ensure the' Company complies with the
Tanzania Employment law
Ensure that staff records are maintained in accordance with the Company policy and
statutory requirements
Establish a comprehensive appraisal process and grading system where appropriate
Be responsible of training and development of staff in liaison with departmental managers
Monitor the Company's terms of service and advise changes required to 'conform with the market practice
Design and maintain grievance handling procedures that will promote good human and public relations
Plan Staff Welfare functions liaise with Employers' representation bodies
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Bachelor of Administration Degree or llB
Professional qualification of Diploma in
Human Resource CPS an added advantage
At least 5 years experience of working in the same position
Reporting to the General Manager

Key duties will include:-
Ensure adequate reserving and regular review
Ensure prompt settlement of claims
Ensure efficient claims processing
Ensure prompt preparation of Management and Statutory Reports
Ensure claims paid are within policy issued.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidate must have a Degree in the relevant field in business or law and ACII qualifications.
Seven (7) Years working experience in General Insurance, Three (3) of which should be in Claims Department as a leader.
Reporting to the General Manager, The Overall responsibility will be to provide leadership, to the Department Team and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key duties will include:-

Ensure prompt and accurate invitation of renewals and follow ups.
Monitor performance of business underwritten.
Ensure prompt preparation of cover notes and policy documents.
Guide the Marketing Department on quotations requested.
Manage and control renewals ensuring that documentation is sent to client/broker by checking the listings monthly.
Manage and spot check listings so as to increase retention and minimize cancellations due to errors (policies not activated, debit orders not raised)
